Those cookies look a lot like Mike G.'s first solo attempt at cookies...and he learned that vegetable oil can NOT be substituted for butter or margarine :)
Welcome to summer vacation at the Gibson house...so far the count is 2 batches of cookies and a cake in 1 week. I can hardly wait to see the size of us before school starts again.
